Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
   In these Terms and Conditions, “Dealer” means Sinclair Chery and its related entities. “Customer” means the person or entity purchasing a new or demonstrator Chery motor vehicle and providing a trade-in vehicle. “Trade-In Bonus” means the monetary bonus described in clause 2.
2. Offer
   Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Dealer shall credit the Customer a Trade-In Bonus in the amount of one thousand Australian dollars (AUD 1,000) where the Customer trades in a vehicle at the time of purchase and settlement of a new or demonstrator Chery motor vehicle supplied by the Dealer.
3. Eligibility Requirements
   The Trade-In Bonus applies only where:
   a. the trade-in vehicle is registered and capable of being legally driven on public roads at the time of inspection;
   b. the trade-in vehicle has a clear and unencumbered title, free of finance or other interests unless disclosed and accepted by the Dealer; and
   c. the Customer completes purchase and settlement of the qualifying new or demonstrator Chery vehicle.
4. Valuation
   The Trade-In Bonus is applied in addition to the retail trade-in valuation determined by the Dealer. The Dealer’s valuation is final and is based on, but not limited to, vehicle condition, mechanical inspection, odometer reading and prevailing market conditions.
5. Application of Bonus
   The Trade-In Bonus shall be applied as a credit to the purchase price of a in stock new or demonstrator Chery, purchased from Sinclair Chery or as otherwise agreed in writing. The Trade-In Bonus is not redeemable for cash, is not assignable or transferable, and cannot be used toward any purchase other than the qualifying vehicle.
6. Exclusions
   The Trade-In Bonus does not apply where:
   a. the Customer does not provide a trade-in vehicle;
   b. the trade-in vehicle is unsafe, unroadworthy or cannot be registered;
   c. the trade-in is provided by a third party without the Dealer’s written consent; or
   d. the Customer seeks to combine the bonus with any other trade-in incentive unless expressly permitted in writing by the Dealer.
7. Promotion Period
   The Trade-In Bonus is valid only for in stock new and demonstrator Chery vehicles purchased and settled within the promotional period January 10 to 31^st 2026 . The Dealer reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
8. General Conditions
   These Terms and Conditions form part of the contract of sale. All other standard purchase terms and conditions of the Dealer apply. The Dealer’s interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Dealer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from or in connection with this offer.
